Last year I traveled to remote Wangkatjungka to record an album for my dear friend Kankawa Nagarra. Many of you might remember her from my xmas tour way back in 2018. Anyway, the result is an LP called ‘Wirlmarni’, which means ‘disappearing’ in the Walmajarri language. It’s now out on Flippin Yeah Records here in Australia and once again we’ve partnered with Mississippi Records for the rest of the world. You can order a copy HERE if you’re keen.

Kankawa will be touring on the east coast in October. Here are the dates. Archer will be the support and I’ll be coming along from Sydney onwards playing guitar for Kankawa and doing a little Q & A beforehand.
